About us
ARVANTAGE was founded in 2016 by Dr Roland Gastell, Constanze Grosch and Friederike Kumsteller as a law firm specialising in employment law, following many years of collaboration. In 2019, Doris Kilg was also brought on board as a partner.
The team now comprises nine lawyers who work in an advisory capacity.
We work at the highest legal level and align the type and scope of our advice exclusively to the needs of our clients. Thanks to our collective expertise, we are familiar with the challenges and issues of HR work emanating from employment law in day-to-day business, as well as when concerning demanding change projects.
As a highly-coordinated team, we work pragmatically and with short response times. Personal contact with our clients is our top priority. In addition to ensuring reliable availability, this also means that we keep a close eye on deadlines and dates, and do not hesitate when it comes to taking action. We also provide our clients with regular feedback on the costs incurred, in order to ensure proper cost control at all times.
